Refund policy

1) Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 72 hours of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The product is returned with original packaging

  • All included accessories (if any) are returned

Refund Approval

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • The return will be approved or rejected based on item condition and packaging

  • Rs. 450 fixed delivery charges are non refundable

2) Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging is intact and included

  • The required item/design is available in stock

If the Desired Item Is Not Available

If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose:

  • Another available item, or

  • A refund as per the refund policy

Delivery Cost (For Exchanges)

For all exchanges, delivery / re-shipping charges will be applied and must be paid by the customer.

3) Important Conditions

  • Items that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

  • Requests after the allowed timeframe will not be entertained.

  • Shahi Jewelz reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the policy conditions are not met.
