Shipping policy

1) Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
International shipping is available on request. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm charges and delivery options.

2) Delivery Charges (Pakistan)

  • Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 300 nationwide

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 4,000 

3) Delivery Time (Pakistan)

  • Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly during Eid, sale seasons, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

4) International Shipping

  • International shipping charges vary by country and weight.

  • International customers must contact us to confirm shipping charges and dispatch details.

  • International shipping is paid by the customer and we do not offer free international shipping.

5) Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed after confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, your order is handed over to the courier and delivery timelines depend on the courier service.

6) Address & Contact Details

Please ensure your address, city, and phone number are correct at checkout.
If the address or phone number is incorrect or unreachable, delivery may be delayed or returned. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7) Tracking

After dispatch, we share tracking details via WhatsApp/SMS/email (as available). You can track your parcel through the courier tracking link.

8) Damaged Parcel / Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or missing item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video
    We will review and assist accordingly.

Order Cancellation Policy

1) Cancellation Before Dispatch Only

If you want to cancel your order, you must inform our customer service before your order has been dispatched.

2) No Cancellation After Dispatch

If the order has been dispatched, no cancellations will be entertained.

3) Daily Dispatch Cut-Off

Our shipments leave at 6:00 PM daily, so for cancellation, customers should request cancellation before 6:00 PM after placing the order.
